This is a slow growing tree.
There are 20 species of evergreen trees and shrubs and they all have distinctive leathery green leaves and creamy/white flowers. They grow well in deep well-drained soils in areas of low humidity with cool winters and long hot summers. Due to the newer varieties they are very adaptable to living in different environments and are drought tolerant.
